“KC Concepcion remembers her late grandmother”

It’s been three years since KC Concepcion’s grandmother Elaine Gamboa-Cuneta passed away but her memories of her are still fresh. The actress shared a photo of her hand on Instagram and explained why her hand reminded of her grandmother.

“I miss her dearly. Here I am with some treasures she left behind for me: Our shared love for polished nails, fingers that look exactly like hers, and gold + diamond rings in my name. I love you, Mita,” she wrote.
