Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's remarks on the alleged "human right violations" of the Duterte government and his assertion of how the administration should deal with it, has provoked various pro-Duterte critics clamoring that the recently proclaimed Prime Minister is not in the right position to preach the long-time public servant, Rodrigo Duterte.
Consequently after the Prime Minister's remark, speculations and criticisms about Trudeau and his country Canada were gradually brought up and exposed. One of the controversies, which traces its roots back to tge Aquino administration, was the 106 contaner vans of trash accidentally impprted into the Philippines.
"MORE GARBAGE: The Noynoy government promised to keep quiet on the Canadian garbage issue in exchange for giving 500 jobs to Filipino nurses in Canada."
That was the opening statement of Jojo Robles, a distinguished journalist and a prominent pro-Duterte supporter, in his recently published Facebook post. Robles also gave a brief background on the issue anchored on his assertion that:
"It's true: the deal was 106 container vans of trash for 500 nurse positions...And the Department of Foreign Affairs shut down the House investigation being conducted at the time, upon the direct orders of Aquino."
Given these facts, Robles manifested his inquisitive and critical nature by posing a series of significant and logical questions re the Canadian garbage issue.
Robles' inquisitions were as follows:
"Questions:
1. Is the garbage-for-nurses deal the reason why Justin Trudeau said there were "legal problems" with repatriating the trash to Canada?
2. Who is behind Chronix, the importer of the Canadian garbage? Is it true that the principals are close to the Aquino administration?
3. Why was a portion of the trash buried in Tarlac, of all places? Is it true that all of it would have been buried there, in Aquino's home province, if the Tarlac provincial government didn't protest?
4. Is it true that the garbage is now in Subic, after it was brought there when Tarlac province refused it?"
Encouraging the government to focus on this disturbingly controversial issue or blunder committed under the watch of the previous administration, Robles rhetorically concluded that the sought after investigation would more likely lead to former president Benigno Aquino himself.
"Start the investigation of this smelly deal now. I promise it will lead to a guy who just posted bail." Robles ended.
