Jasmine Curtis







Jasmine Curtis (born 6 April 1994) is a Filipino Australian actress, dancer, endorser, writer, and TV host best known internationally for her critically acclaimed performance in Hannah Espia's 2013 film Transit, and in the Philippines as the younger sister of fellow actress and ABS-CBN contract artist








Curtis first came into notice during her vacations in the Philippines visiting her sister Anne, and it was not until mid-2010, when she appeared in ABS-CBN's noontime variety show Showtime, that networks began pushing to sign her. On 20 December 2010, Curtis signed an exclusive three-year contract with TV5 and is being groomed by the network to be one of its Primetime Princesses. In an interview after the contract signing, she mentioned that she felt really happy to have finally settled in TV5 and appreciated the network's decision to allow her to balance her studies and her showbiz career. In 2013, she signed another 3-year contract with TV5.







Curtis's first miniseries for TV5 was a television remake with JC de Vera of the 1991 Philippine action-romance film Ang Utol Kong Hoodlum, which was top billed by Robin Padilla and Vina Morales. Some of the scenes in the series were shot in Curtis's native Australia. In 2012, she played the role of Epifania "Anya" Dionisio in Nandito Ako, where she co-starred with Eula Caballero as Holly Posadas and American Idol season 7 runner-up David Archuleta as Josh Bradley.

Anne Curtis (born 17 February 1985), more popularly known by her stage name simply as Anne Curtis, is a Filipino-Australian actress, model, television host, VJ, recording and concert artist in the Philippines. Maxine Magalona (born 23 November 1986) is a Filipino actress who is currently under ABS-CBN. Being a former GMA 7 talent under GMA Artist Center, she is known for her portrayal as Vivian Salvador in the My Lover, My Wife and Donna Vallejo on Daddy Di Do Du. Now being a talent star of ABS-CBN, she is best known for her current portrayal as Alex Acosta, the main antagonist on Doble Kara. Her first show as a child was the ABS-CBN kiddie show "Ang TV" followed by 5 and Up.

Jessy Mendiola (born Jessica Mendiola Tawile; December 3, 1992) is a Filipino actress. She played the titular character in the 2013 remake of the 1992 Mexican telenovela Maria Mercedes. Jessy was one of the 18 new talents launched by ABS-CBN under Star Magic Batch 15.She, along with Megan Young, Alfonso Martinez, Carlo Guevarra and her Star Magic batchmates, joined the cast of Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv, when it was revamped to Abt Ur Luv Ur Lyf 2 in 2007. She also had a minor role in Sineserye Presents: Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos? In 2008, she was cast as Chappy Girl in the TV series Volta, which was adapted from the Star Cinema film of the same name. Erich Gonzales (born September 20, 1990), professionally known as Erich Gonzales, is a Filipina actress. She is a contract artist of ABS-CBN's Star Magic. She started her showbiz career at the age of 14, as a contestant of the reality talent search Star Circle Quest. She came to prominence in her lead role Katorse







Her career began when she won as Grand Questor in the second season of the reality talent search Star Circle Quest in 2005, and later becoming a part of ABS-CBN's home-based training and management program, Star Magic after her win. Erich became a familiar face as she appeared in numerous shows and dramas as a supporting actress, such as Dorina in the hit phenomenon TV series Mga Anghel Na Walang Langit. (born April 2, 1988) is a Filipino actress. The only daughter of a Filipina-Chinese mother and Spanish father. Ellen is the eldest child. Her family owns various hotels, resorts, condominiums and Queensland, a chain of motels in Cebu, Manila and Davao. They also own a Temple in honor of her late grandmother. She is a model who started as an internet celebrity. She is under contract with ABS-CBN's Star Magic since 2013. Adarna made her debut appearance in the film industry when she became part of the cast of the gag-comedy sketch TV series Bubble Gang in 2010. She was a series regular on the series until 2013. Coleen Garcia (born September 24, 1992) is a Filipino commercial model and actress. From 2012 to 2016 she was a host on the variety show It's Showtime, having since left the programme to focus on her acting career. She since starred in the 2016 film Love Me Tomorrow.

Rhian Ramos (born October 3, 1990), is a Filipino actress, commercial model and singer. Megan Young







Megan Young (born February 27, 1990) is a Filipino-American actress, model, TV Host and beauty queen. She won the Miss World Philippines title and was later crowned as Miss World 2013 in Bali, Indonesia. The American-born Filipino is the first representative of the Philippines to win the title of Miss World. Young started as a contestant of the reality television show StarStruck and later became a member of ABS-CBN's Star Magic but she returned as a contract artist under GMA Network.







Young's first showbiz break was through the second season of the talent reality search, StarStruck, wherein she placed in the top six. Her first acting job in GMA was in Love to Love Presents: Love Ko Urok wherein she played the role of Meg. She then played the role of Anna in Asian Treasures and the role of a fairy in Mga Kuwento ni Lola Basyang. After more than two years with GMA Artist Center, she moved to ABS-CBN following her sister, Lauren Young. She is the first StarStruck alumna to transfer to GMA's rival station, ABS-CBN.







Young first appeared in ABS-CBN in the youth oriented show "Star Magic Presents" Astigs and Abt Ur Luv. She also played the role of Shane in Kokey, opposite Zanjoe Marudo. She became well known when she appeared as one of the celebrity housemates in Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 2, dubbed as "The Princess of Charm".[12] After PBB, she portrayed the villain Marcela in ABS-CBN's remake of I Love Betty La Fea opposite John Lloyd Cruz. Nadine Lustre







Nadine Lustre (born October 31, 1993) is a Filipino actress and singer. She rose to fame for her lead role in Diary ng Panget and as Georgina Evangelista in the television remake of the Bagets film series. Lustre was a member and vocalist of the all-female group Pop Girls. In 2015, Lustre starred in the television series On the Wings of Love and in the same year, she also starred in Till I Met You. She is currently a host on the noontime show It's Showtime.







Lustre, at the age of 9, started as a TV host in RPN's (then a government-sequestered network, now privatized by the late Antonio Cabangon Chua as CNN Philippines) children oriented show entitled Storyland. She was also featured a child host to Disney Channel Asia. After signing with Viva Entertainment, she became one of the members of the cast in TV5's youth-oriented program Bagets and appeared in several GMA Network shows, including performances in SOP Rules. Lustre also appeared in the film Petrang Kabayo with Vice Ganda and starred in P. S. I Love You,drama series in TV5.







Lustre was one of the original members of girl group, Pop Girls which was launched by Viva Entertainment in 2009. Also in the group with Lustre are twins Lailah and Mariam Bustria, Rose Ginkel, and Shy Carlos. Lustre was the only pure pinay in Pop Girls' original group. Angel Locsin







Angel Locsin is a Filipina television and film actress, commercial model, film producer and fashion designer. She came to prominence for her television roles as Alwina in the 2004 fantasy-themed television series Mulawin and as the superheroine Darna in the TV adaptation of the Mars Ravelo comics. Locsin was a contract artist of GMA Network up to early 2007 until she transferred to its rival network, ABS-CBN.[1] She then starred as Lyka in the television series Lobo, which earned her an International Emmy Award nomination for best performance. She later on starred in blockbuster films In The Name Of Love and One More Try for which she garnered critical acclaim for both performances. The two films earned Locsin the Star Award for Movies for Movie Actress of the Year and the Box-Office Entertainment Award for Film Actress of the Year, winning both awards two consecutive years. In 2013, she won the FAMAS Award and the Film Academy of the Philippines Award for best actress for her performance in One More Try.







In August 2004, Locsin starred in the fantasy-themed TV series Mulawin, alongside Richard Gutierrez, wherein she portrayed, "Alwina", one of the two main protagonists.[1] The show was a huge success and received high ratings until its finale on March 2005. Following the success of Mulawin, Locsin was cast in the title role as Darna in the 2005 fantasy-themed TV series of the same name. The show was also highly regarded by the public, gaining immensely high ratings and surpassing the records set by her previous TV show. Darna's pilot week average is 50.08% and its highest rating was 52.1% while the lowest was 33.3%.







Locsin starred in another fantasy-themed TV series, Majika, together with Dennis Trillo, which was aired from March to September 2006. Pia Wurtzbach (born 24 September 1989), formerly known in the Philippine entertainment and modeling industry as Pia Romero, is a Filipino beauty pageant titleholder, model and actress who was crowned Miss Universe 2015 on 20 December 2015 after becoming Miss Universe Philippines 2015 at the Binibining Pilipinas 2015 pageant on 15 March 2015. She is a UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador for Asia & the Pacific since 2016. Wurtzbach is the third Filipina to win the title of Miss Universe, following Gloria Diaz who won in 1969 and Margarita Moran who won in 1973.







Wurtzbach was born in Stuttgart, Germany to a German father and Filipino mother. Her middle name "Alonzo" is her mother's maiden name, as per the naming practice in the Philippines and based upon Spanish naming customs. The family would settle, however, in Iligan in the Philippines and would later move to Cagayan de Oro in the country's Northern Mindanao region where she attended kindergarten at Kong Hua School and primary school at Corpus Christi.







Her parents separated when she was 9 years old and she became the family's main breadwinner by doing modeling and acting. After being raised in the Philippines, she spent several years in England.She finished her secondary education at ABS-CBN Distance Learning Center in Quezon City, Metro Manila and studied culinary arts at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies in San Juan, Metro Manila. Jennylyn Mercado (born May 15, 1987) is a Filipino actress, singer, and songwriter. She was the winner of the first season of the reality talent competition StarStruck. Mercado garnered acclaim at a young age for her acting performances on television and film. She is known for starring in multiple box office successes, namely English Only, Please (2014), The Prenup (2015), Walang Forever (2015), and Just the 3 of Us (2016). She has released three albums from GMA Records and Viva Records which have several popular singles such as "Sa Aking Panaginip", "Moments Of Love" collaboration with Janno Gibbs, "Maybe This Time" and "Kahit Sandali". Mercado started as a recording artist with Alpha Records in 1999 through the recommendation of her voice coach, Susanna Pichay. She was in Nonoy Tan's singing group, G4. Unfortunately the group never released an album because two of the four members dropped out. However, the group was able to record two songs. She was hailed as FHM Magazine's Sexiest Woman in 2008, 2013, and 2014, setting the record of three cumulative victories through voting online and SMS.







Marian Rivera was born in Madrid, Spain to Francisco Javier Gracia Alonso, a Spaniard, and Amalia Rivera, a Filipina from Cavite. Her parents got married and eventually got divorced when she was three years old, after which her mother brought her to the Philippines where she grew up. However, her mother had to leave to continue her work commitment abroad and Rivera was sent to her maternal grandmother, Francisca Rivera, in Bacoor, Cavite.







Rivera pursued her elementary and high school education at Saint Francis of Assisi College System, and spent her college education finishing Bachelor of Arts in psychology at De La Salle University Dasmariñas. After graduating, she worked for National Institute of Mental Health in Mandaluyong City where she gave out medicine, examinations and evaluation to patients, among others.
