Joshua Garcia at Julia Barretto Posted Cryptic Message! Break Na Nga Ba?

Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto or JoshLia fans were in protest last night after a Twitter user speculated that Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto have broken up. Twitter handle @HalamansOfMnl posted screenshots of the latest Instagram posts of both celebrities. The tweet's caption: "Ganito yung mga caption ng kakabreak lang eh.... Lam na"

Joshua's caption on the handpicked Instagram post was: "'I'm working on myself, for my self, by my self."

Julia's caption, meanwhile, was already replaced on the aforementioned IG post by a sunflower emoji.

However, in the screenshot by @HalamansOfMnl, her original caption read: "it was when i stopped searching for home within others and lifted the foundations of home within myself i found there were no roots more intimate than those between a mind and body that have decided to be whole"

According to @HalamansOfMnl, both captions talked about "soul searching", "loving my self again", and "let me restart", which begs the question whether the two stars have broken up. However, the Twitter user, whose real identity is unknown, clarified that he is a fan of JoshLia and have followed their career and interviews.  He also said he's rooting for the rumored couple because they already share a puppy together.

"Pero no joke no guys, nasad ako ng bahagya kasi hello? May TUTA na sila... Like paano na yung tuta?" he wrote in another tweet.

He added: "Sana nga hindi totoo! Wish nalang natin mali yung kutob ko HAHAHA sana fake news lol pero that caption tho lam niyo yan"

His original tweet got more than 2,000 retweets and more than 18,000 likes overnight. It caused quite the conversation between fans. Some echoed the original sentiment and also assumed the stars broke up. While others cautioned against making quick and false assumptions. By midnight, the tweet and the fan protest apparently reached Joshua himself.

The actor tweeted around 12:04AM on March 31 a question for Julia: "Anong alam nila tungkol satin na hindi natin alam tungkol satin?"

To which, Julia immediately responded just 9 minutes after: "I also don't know baba". She ended it with a laughing with tears emoji.
