Angel Locsin took to social media to share a short but sweet birthday message to her boyfriend, Neil Arce.
Arce can be seen giving Locsin a kiss on the cheek in a photo posted by the actress on Instagram on Thursday.

Locsin confirmed her relationship with Arce just days before Valentine's Day.
