DAVAO CITY – A businessman is happy after he was returned half a million pesos despite a fire in his warehouse yesterday.
It was found that the damage caused by the incident that occurred in Soliman Block 1, F. Bangoy St. was P9.6 million. Agdao in said city.
Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) personnel handed over the money.
In an exclusive interview with SFO4 Ramil Gillado, BFP chief investigator of, electrical ignition was the cause of the fire that reached the second alarm.
According to Gillado, it was three hours before the fire was extinguished due to the products being sold such as pylox paint, tires and more.
The adjacent establishment was not affected due to the fire wall as well as the residential areas just behind the warehouse.
