The post of a teenager from Agoncillo, Batangas is now inspiring thousands of netizens. Where he shared, the achievement of one of his dreams, to build his own house.

But what greatly surprised and amazed many was when he said that the value of the house he had built was only ten thousand pesos.

“Flex ko lang ang munti kong bahay at hanapbuhay kulang kulang 10K ang nagastos ko, syempre kapag mabait ka sa tao, marunong kang makisama, tutulong at babawi din sila sayo, kaya walang labor yan,” ayon sa binatang kinilala bilang si Jeypee Gervacio.

In the small house that will serve as Jeypee’s home, there is a small sari-sari store. It’s like ‘2 in 1’, there’s a house, there’s a business inside his house.

Apart from the low-cost price, the young man also mentioned that he did not pay anything to those who helped construct his dream house because of his ability to get along and communicate with other people.

“Pasasaan at kapag nakaluwag luwag ay mapapalaki din kita, may awa ang diyos, sipag at tiyaga lang,” dagdag nito.

Indeed everything starts from the small, which he also first said in his Facebook post. That is why many immediately admire the small success it has achieved.

Jeypee’s message for those like him who dream of starting a small home is:

“Think positive lang, kung kaya ko mas kaya rin nila, maraming paraan kung gugustuhin, libre lang mangarap. pero mas maganda kung sasamahan ng pagsisikap, para maisakatuparan ang pangarap”
